Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Within India

We proudly ship across India.
Standard Delivery - 5–7 business days : ₹50 or Free on orders above ₹999
Express Delivery - 2–4 business days : ₹150

Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on your location and external courier conditions.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and courier details.
You can track your shipment in real-time using the tracking link provided.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
If you’ve entered the wrong address, contact us within 6 hours of placing your order at support@crowncoutture.com.
Crown Coutture is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Delays, Damages & Lost Packages

In rare cases of delay or delivery issues, we’ll do our best to resolve them with the courier.
Crown Coutture is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, pandemics, or courier disruptions.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately with your order number and photos at support@crowncoutture.com.

Split Shipments

Some items may ship separately if part of your order is delayed or coming from a different warehouse.
