1. Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.
• Returns are not applicable on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized items
• Final sale products

3. Return Process

• Email us at crowncouttureofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, ship the item back to our return address: Crown Coutture, G15, Konark Campus, Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra, India - 411014.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
• Approved refunds will be processed & credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Return Applicable only when opening video of parcel is Available and shared with is via Mail or whatsapp
